I got a deposit from the customer where can i find it? Is it taken by Depo app or Shopify

Please check your Shopify balance to find the amount. Depo works on top of Shopify and does not take the payment. The payments are taken by Shopify and deposited in your account based on the settings you chose for payouts. Shopify support would be better equiped to answer any question regarding your payouts
