Why aren't my draft orders appearing in Depo?

Draft orders didn't appear on the Depo Draft order

Usually, the draft order gets visible on Depo -> Orders -> Draft Order. If it is not visible, it may have the following issues. Please refer to the issues below and you'll be able to troubleshoot.

💡 We recommend you create a Draft order by navigating to Apps -> Depo -> Orders -> Create Draft Orders

Issue 1 :

Depo tag missing on Shopify Draft order

Please navigate to Shopify Orders -> Drafts -> Click on Order Number -> Tags -> Check if the 'Depo' tag is on the order.

Solution: If the Depo tag is not there, please create a new order and add the customer and tag to the draft order it will be visible on the Depo -> Orders -> Draft Orders.

Issue 2:

Customer is not added to the order

Please navigate to Shopify Orders -> Drafts -> Click on Order Number -> Customer -> Please check if the customer is added to the order

Solution: If customer is added to the order, please create a new order and add the customer and tag to the draft order it will be visible on the Depo -> Orders -> Draft Orders.

Issue 3:

Already existing draft order on Shopify

Unfortunately, the old draft orders can be added to Depo, to take partial payment on draft order you can navigate to Depo -> Orders -> Create Draft Order.
